What Does " Two Irregular Gestation Sacs" Mean?

My first scan at 5 weeks 4 days showed two irregular gestation sacs then i took mispoprostol tablets and bled four three days. I went for another scan at 7 weeks 5 days and i showed one live fetus with a normal heart beat. Does it mean i lost another fetus since they were two sacs in me?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It could be likely that you could have lost one fetus or that the first ultrasound conducted could not visualise the gestational sacs very well (former being more likely). If at all you did take the misoprostol tablets willingly then this should not really matter should it. Please always use protection if you do not wish to conceive.
