What Does "20% Of Immotile Sperms" On Semen Analysis Suggest?

my husband semen routine & microscopy exemination report is like this volume 1.5 ml color whitish ph alkaline liquefaction time 30 mint microscopy total count 30 mill/cc rapid progressive 35% sluggish progessive 35%non progressive 20% immotile 10% pus cells 2-4/hpf rbc's nil/hpf epithelial 0-1/hpf abnormal forms 20% pls tell me this report is normal or not can i get pergnent.

Thanks for your query,based on the report of Semen Analysis of your husband I would state that it is within normal range of WHO standards as for as sperm count ,motility and morphology ids concerned. facts that you have posted it appears that you have
The active progressive sperms are important from the point of view of fertilization of female egg to result is concerned,
A count of 15 % of progressive motile sperm is is widely accepted all over the world as normal range .

There is no significance to non motile sperm count.as some dead sperm are bound to be present in semen .
