What Does "TMT Is Mildly Positive For Reversible ISCHAEMIA" Mean?

I recently underwent a TMT and the report says TMT is mildly positive for reversible ISCHAEMIA. What does this mean?
I'm 25 years old, female, my BP tested normal - increased from 110/70 to 140/90 and I exercised for 6 min 4 seconds. I attained a peak heart rate of 168 BPM.

Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
This means there is mild ischemia in coronary vessels during exertion, which is totally reversible.
Anyhow, such a result is to be assessed along with the clinical picture;the result alone cant tell much.Your cardiologist will help in this.

Meanwhile,it will be fine if you can have moderate exercise daily for 30-40 minutes, which can improve caliber of coronary vessels.

Hope this answer will be helpful,
Thanks,
Dr Aslam.
