What Does "anteverted Uterus With Fibroids And Polycystic Ovaries" Suggest?

i had an usg done and these where the findings : The anteverted uterus measures 78mmx 50mmx46mm. the myometrium appears heterogeneous. three fibroids measuring 16mmx16mm, 10mmx8mm, 22mmx18mm are seen. A 16mm secretory phase endometrium is seen. The ovaries appear polycycstic. The left ovary measures 28cc and right 20cc. no free fluid is seen. I am 27 yrs old, no problems with acne, my menstral cycle is regular and i have severe menstral cramps. Can you give me some insight on this report
