Hi I am Dr.Karthiga Sasikumar from pondicherry. Welcome to HCM. I Understand your concern. The Ultra Sound picture that you have mentioned appears to be a fibroid.Serial Ultra Sound throughout the pregnancy is needed to view the growth of the fibroid and the fetal condition. The problems that could arise out of it are abdominal pain, threatened abortions, preterm labour etc.,No specific treatment at this moment could be done. So it is better to continue your pregnancy after consulting your obstetrician. Hope this answer satifies your query. Feel free to consult me at anytime.
thank you.
