my impression as per usg for abdomen and pelvis is right renal cortical cyst as described-(bosniak-2) well distened gall bladder with mildly prominent cbd and minimal to mild ihbr dilatation mildly prominent pancreatic duct. please inform the details....
Second gall bladder dilated with duct because downward there might be some obstruction by some stone , parasites or stenosis.... So investigation for it done by magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography like investigation to detect cause.... According to cause treatment guided.

Here if renal cortical cyst small that is less then 2 to 3 cm small then you might need no treatment and only follow up needed. If cyst large and symptomatic then surgical treatment needed....
