What Does "mid Line Anteverted In Position" Mean In An Ultrasound Report?

madam,here is my 77 days pregnent wife ultrasound report , size 110x71x48mm, mid line anteverted in position and enlarge in size myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. Endometrial cavity contains a sac of dia 40mm without foetal pole inside. Both the oses are closed and cervical canal is of mormal dimension. so, i just want to know what does it mean?

I will give thee among of the report step by step.
The size of the uterus is normal as she is pregnant.
Midline anteverted is the normal position of the uterus. It means that uterus is in the middle and slightly bent forward.
40 mm diameter of baby sac corresponds to pregnancy of around 9 weeks. At this stage of pregnancy Fetal image must be seen. Since it is not seen unfortunately it suggests that it is missed miscarraige.
See your gynecologist for further management.
