Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

You are having sub clinical hypothyroidism- a condition in which your TSH is higher and T3,T4 is normal

One indication for treating this condition is a patient planning for pregnancy.

If I were your treating physician I would have started you on thyroid hormone replacement.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you

Regards,

Dr Ajish TP
