What Does "the Uterus Is Midline And Anteverted" Mean?

Hi my wife just got the ultrasound report -- the ulterus is midline and anteverted, Volume 40cc. Homogeneous myometrium. normal endometrium at 2mm. Ovarian volumes are normal at less than 12cc. multiple small peripheral follicles seen however suggesting polycysting morphology. suggest clinical and biochemical correlation.. what above mean? please advise
