What Does Red Bump On Hips Imply?

I have a red bump like thing on my right hip and I have noticed that it is right on my seam line. I got one about 6 months on my inner thigh and it was also on my seam line. Is there anything I should be concerned with or just be more aware of the underwear I wear.
