What Does Red, Painful, Hard Lump Outside Thigh Mean?
I have a hard lump on the outside of my thigh. It s about the size of a dime. It s normally just skin color. I thought it was a bite at first because there is a small dimple in it that looks like where a stinger could have gotten me. I ve had it for like 3 years and just today it s become red and a bit painful. What could it be?

From history it seems that you might be having sebaceous cyst and now it became infected.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
If cyst is there, it should be excised with sac to get complete cure.
