What Does Rib Cage Pain Despite A Normal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I have right side pain at the end of rib cage. Normal ultrasound normal ct scan and urine, tends to begin early evening after I eat or begin to relax/sit. Slight sludge in gall bladder. Pain seems dull but irritating enough that Wait to take a deep breath of air, stomach feels bloated when it occurs.
