Date     31st July     2nd Auguts Day     12th Day     14th Day Right Ovary     2 DF s Seens (DF1 - 28*27 mm) (DF2 - 16*12mm)     2 DF s Seen (DF1 - 20*19mm) (DF2 - 11*8mm) Left Ovary     2 DF s Seens (DF1 - 16*17 mm) (DF2 - 12*8mm)     1 DF Seen 12*9mm POD     Clear     Minimal Fluid ET     9 - 10 mm     11 mm Please help me to understand this

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us. This is the report of a follicular study. DF means dominant follicle. There are two dominant follicles in each ovary. The ovulation may have taken place as the follicles have reached the optimum size of around 20 mm. The finding of free fluid in the Pouch of Douglas is also suggestive of this. The endometrial lining also is growing well. Sexual intercourse should take place within this fertile period. Please follow up with further sonogram studies. Hope this helps.
