What Does Right-sided Pain In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hi - I have had a pain under my stomach. i am 53 yrs old. I thought it was gas but it has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I have a bad right hip which I am getting a gelshot on Thursday. Also thought I may have pulled something. Your thought plz. thanks

Lower abdomen divided into left iliac and right iliac and suprapubic areas. But you didn't mention specifically where the pain was occurring? Pain may differ from area to area. May cystitis, ureteric calculi, colitis and malignancy may present like this. Chronic constipation may present like this.



Please consult your surgeon. He will examine and treat you accordingly.
