i have pain on my lower right side into my bad and abdomen. hurts anytime i bend over, cough, sneeze, or put weight on that side. started a few days ago, thought it was a pulled muscle but now seems to be getting worse and almost feels more on the inside then just a muscle. plus the muscle is not soar to the touch.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per the case details, there sounds internal abdomen pathology as intestine colic, appendix inflammation, calculus or gravel in the urinary system or other pelvic viscera issues.

* In our clinic, I recommend primary analgesic for pain relief and later on prescribe ultrasound examination for further diagnosis and management.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
