What Does Round Bruise On Arm Indicate?

This is the second time I got a round bruise (black and blue) a little larger than a quarter with a white center. First time was on my hand this time on my arm. Last time it hurt, this one does not. I do not bruise easily, I didn't bang it. What could it be
