What Does Seed Like Things In Hard Feces Indicate?

I routinely have a few small, sesame seed like things in my stool. However, I never eat anything with sesame seeds. Moreover, I've noticed that my stool has smelled much worse than it ever has as I have developed theses seed-like things. They are hard, and don't smell particularly bad, but if you "break" them, they smell horrible. What could they be? They look exactly like this: WWW.WWWW.WW

I really appreciate your concern, it could be fecal material and nothing could be else in absence of symptoms no need to worry about this and if you really want to clear the doubt then stool needs to be sent for lab examination hope this information helps.
