Hello,

The combination of headaches with nosebleeds in children can be due to:

Allergies, sinus infection, high blood pressure, severe headaches behind the eyes and nose may be due to a sinus infection.

Vomiting along with headaches is a sign of migraines. Is there a family history of migraines?

Your son could have had a lot of blood loss. He could have become anaemic and should have his blood tested for that possibility.

His quality of life is certainly compromised. I am sure that his paediatrician will address his headaches and nosebleeds and greatly improve his living.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Arnold Zedd, Pediatrician
