Pain on chemotherapy in CLL patients may be due to immuno supression with opportunistic infections of gallbladder or metastasis to liver or gallbladder may gives rise to pain or drug induced hepatitis or cholestasis may cause pain. You may take pain killer or Tramadol for pain management. please get it done scan abdomen. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
