What Does Small Red Marks On Penis Mean?
I have noticed three small red marks on the head of my penis they have been there for a couple weeks seems to dry up or the skin where the small red marks flake to white skin then almost not noticeable then I can notice the red Mark again after a few days

You have 3 small red marks on the head of the penis. They disappear and again re-appear after a few days. Your symptoms are indicative of jock itch, scabies, contact dermatitis or genital herpes. You should take care of your hygiene, wear soft cotton clothes and avoid any sexual activity for a couple of days.
Get clinically examined by a Urologist. Get STD tests done, if positive you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. In the meantime, you are suggested to apply ointment Clotrimazole on the area affected for relieve. You can take a course of antifungal orally to control spread of jock itch infection. Keep your private organs clean and dry.
