What Does Solid Discharge From Nipple Indicate?

HI, I M 18 YEARS OLD. I noticed a white solid discharge from my nipples on squeezing them very hard. I noticed it two weeks back in both the nipples but now it s only from one of my nipples. I was close to having sex but didn t have Sex exactly two months back. I have not even missed any periods. And my period is due this week. I m wondering what might be the reason for the discharge? Please help. ( the dischrage is in very small quantity and solid.)

Nothing to worry ,it could be due to infection or hormonal changes ,which needs simple test like breast scan and hormonal test like prolactin leves should be done and treated accordingly
