Dear sir following is my semen analysis report in order to ask that whether i am normal or not

Liquefaction Time 25 Minute .
Sperm Count 123 mill/mL
Sperm Motility 70 %
* Activity Grade 3+
Sperm morphology 20 % Normal
Pus cells 2-3 /HPF
Pathologists Comments:
Sperm count and motility is within normal limits. Many sperms with
multiple cervical & cephalic abnormalities seen.* Very fast forward
movement.

Hi,
Sperm motility in semen analysis suggests the number of sperm has the ability to reach ovum after intercourse. It has ability fo fertile ovum. 70 % motile sperm are in normal range.

Your semen analysis report that you have posted is well within the normal range as per WHO standards. The sperm motility of 70% suggests that out of 100 sperms, 70% are actively motile. Normally, active motile sperms up to 30 % is considered to be normal for conception and pregnancy.
