What Does Stomach Pain With Water From Anus Imply?

Hi, I have been passing water from my anal when I go to the toilet. This has been happening for about 2 months on and off. When I am passing the water I have stomach pains. I have not taken any medication for this. I have been passing water all day today and have just been to the toilet with gas. I felt something pass while sat on the toilet. I can only describe it has clear jelly about 2 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide with 2 speckles of blood inside. I m 44 years old 85 kilos and 6 1. I am very active and healthy. I am on vacation in the USA at the moment and have been here for 3 months now. I live in the UK. Thank you in advance.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of passing water per rectum while going to pass bowel movements on and off.
Today passed jelly like as you have described.
My thoughts and advise:
The most probable cause can be severe colitis secreting mucus and water.
I would advise you the following:
Send stool for tests for 3 consecutive days.
Blood for thyroid and liver function tests.
Colonoscopy
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen.
Clinical evaluation by medical and surgical Gastroenterologist.
Management as per the findings. I am sure to get the correct diagnosis and management.
