What Does Stool Analysis Report Of A 3 Month Baby Indicate?

Please find Stool R/E report of my 90 days old baby. She is going toilet 4-5 days for the last 2 days. Is it the normal behaviour? MOTION / (STOOLS) ROUTINE COLOUR -Greenish yellow CONSISTENCY- Loose with mucus su - OVA Not found - CYST Not found - AMOEBA Not found - PUS CELLS 20-25/Hpf - RBCs 0-2/Hpf

Hi... this is a NORMAL REPORT OF STOOL ROUTINE IN THIS AGE GROUP. What your kid is having could be gastrocolic reflux and it doesn't require any treatment. It is quite common for babies of this age group t pass small amount of diarrhea or loose stools soon after feeds. This need not be treated as diarrhea and especially antibiotics are not indicated.
Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
