Hi, I have been having a lot of problems with arthritis in hands. I have calcaneal entheosopathy, synovitis cyst, retro Achilles and retrocalcaneal inflammation, lower back and hip pain, shoulder pain, and constant low grade fevers. HLA B27 antigen test is positive and lumber spine xray shows NFS -Present, abnormal curvature- present. Impression: straightening of the normal curvature and neural foraminal narrowing L 5 S 1. Could I be diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondilytis ?
