What Does Strange Stools In A Paralytic Patient Indicate?

my grandmother is 96 yeras old n few months back she suffered from a severe cerebral attack .her left side got paralized and since then she is bed ridden.she is now almost on her death bed but recently i have been seeing a yello colour egg like substance coming out with her stool.can u give me suggestion and advice wat should i do and wat is this?

1. It could be excessive mucus secretion from the colon.
2. This mucus secretion is appearing due to colonic irritation secondary to low fiber diet.
3. Increase hydration and also small quantity of fiber in diet through bulking agents will be helpful. Not to worry.
