What Does Sudden Headache, Nausea, Fatigue With Tingling Fingers And Toes Mean?

I ve been feeling bad for the past few days. I have a history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol and fibromyalgia. I have been experiencing headache, nausea, dizziness, fatigue and tingling in my fingers and toes. My BP is 127/78 at present. I have my usual fibro pain, but this is different.

The symptoms that you are having are likely to be related to benign causes like electrolyte imbalance, vitamin D and B 12 deficiency, etc. Most of the times these symptoms can be taken care of by taking electrolyte rich fluids, vit D and Methylcobalamin supplements. To have better relief, drugs like gabapentin are helpful. But these are prescription medicines and are best if taken under the guidance of your doctor.
