What Does Swelling In The Back Of The Head Along With Dizziness Indicate?

Hi, so I ve had swelling in the lower part of the back of my head for going on like 5 months now. In the past few weeks my lymph nodes have become swollen now too. I am now getting pain and headaches in that area along with being light headed and dizzy and seeing black tracers. And now I ve developed some sort of rash on the lower part of the back of my head.
