My upper eyelids especially right eye swells up at night and makes it hard to open eye in am. Also both eyes have brown crusty junk in both upper and lower eyelashes. I have been using something called clinadex (a pad moistened with tea tree oil and other stuff ) to clean eyes after warm compress but it does not seem to be making any difference. I got them at eye doctors. I asked him about this at last years appt and he kind of shrugged his shoulder ; this year he brought it up but his solution not helping and it has had a couple years to establish itself.
