Hi, what does it mean when your Libya minor is swollen? Ive been going through these burning and itchy pains. It all started when my mom bought some scented pads. I tried to soak in the tub and I stopped using soap to clean down there. I tried putting on Vaseline at night and would not wear underwear. I started wearing more cotton underwear also. This is not the first time my Libya minor was swollen. It was first my right one then then left one the day after. And its starting again with my right one. I use to have sex but now every since this happened I stopped. It really bothers me that I have to go to work with a swollen minor trying to work with kids because it gets so big and gets uncomfortable. Please help.
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
From your history,it appears like some kind of allergy of sanitary napkin or sexually transmitted infection.
I will suggest you to use Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time. Secondly, please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a combination kit containing Azithromycin, Fluconazole and Secnidazole. And antihistamines like Cetrizine. Please get guidance about the dose schedule from your treating doctor.
Things will be fine in due course of time. I hope this answer helps you. Thanks. Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar
