What Does Tenesmus And Tonsillitis In 7 Month Baby Indicate?
Hi doc. 7 months baby complain from tensmus 5 days ago . Also he had tonsillitis , runny nose , but no fever no thrush . GSE show semiliquid stool with +RBC and +++ monilia . Mom chang his milk 2 weeks ago . His Wt. 8kg. What are the diagnosis and treatment ? With thanks .

Tenesmus means sensation of passing stool associated with pain in left iliac fossa.Tonsillitis is influmation of tonsils. According to ur report child will benefit from oflox + ornidazole oraly under doctors guidance.
