What Does The ECG Report Indicate?

Hello I feel a very weak pulse and its irregular, yesterday they made an ECG , information at ECG: High P voltage P/PR 130/136 heartfrequent 68 BPM, inferir st-depressie after using nitro spray heartbeat was 71 BPM, negative T in aVF and negative T in III Do i need to call 911 right now????
