What Does The US With LMP 21 During Pregnancy Indicate?
Hi Doctor, iam 7 week pregnant and done ultra sound also . In ultrasound doctor advised me that everything is fine...normal...but now again doctor asked me to repeat the ultrasound in next month i.e. between 10-15 april...is everythin fine??My LMP was 21 jan 2011

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Ultrasound is repeated at 11 weeks gestation to assess the growth of the fetus, the nuchal translucency and nasal bone of the fetus so that chromosomal anomalies can be screened and dual marker can be done for the risk assessment of chromosomal anomalies especially Down syndrome.
