What Does The Brain MRI With Periventricular White Matter Hyperintensitites On T2 Indicate?

Hello! I recently had a MRI of the brain and cervical spine completed approximately 2 weeks ago. The report indicated there are several non specific subcortical and periventricular white matter hyperintensitites on T2 and Flair imaging...some close to the corpus callosum....possibility of demyelinating disease or vasculitis. Recently, I had started having tremors in my left hand with the inability to type or hold times for a period of time. These tremors are accompanied with numbness, weakness and pain. The symptoms will fluctuate at any given time. Is this a early sign of MS?
