OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The ultrasound and Doppler report you have mentioned shows severe fetal growth restriction with decreased blood flow to the fetus. Absent diastolic flow in the umbilical artery is indicative of very low blood flow to fetus and hence can anytime can lead to intrauterine fetal death.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get optimal treatment, however keeping in mind that the fetus do not have a good prognosis as it is preterm as well as severely growth restricted.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
