What Does The Cyst And Fibroids Indicate In Vaginal Ultrasound?

I am 48 I have an fsh level of 70, an estradiol level of 32. I recently had an vaginal ultrasound which showed fibroids and a cyst on my left ovary. My uterine lining was 12mm. I have had two times of light t spotting. Just wwent to the doctor and she performed a biopsy. What do you think this could be? I didn t make it a year without a period before that. I m just a little worrried. Thanks
