FINDINGS: Mild disc space narrowing at C4-5 and moderate disc space narrowing at C5-6 and C6-7. Osteophytic ridging noted at these levels. No subluxation. No fracture. No prevertebral soft tissue swelling. Facet and uncovertebral joint hypertrophy seen C4-C6 levels. IMPRESSION: Cervical spondylosis C4-C6 with the most severe findings at C5-6.
