What Does The Eye Test Regarding The Sight Indicate?

Good evening.
I had my eyesight tested by opitician and results were: sph +0,25 and cyl -0,50 for both eyes(right eye: ax 3 and left ax 174). I visited him because I sometimes see distant but also not-distant objects blurred, but not all day long. Sometimes I do not even notice it, but it bothers me, while I study and have to read something for very long time.

I would like to ask you: should I wear glasses? Or are my eyes just "tired"?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having refractive error and your eye power indicates astigamtism. This requires correction by use of appropriate spectacles.
If you are having problem of visual disturbances with spectacles this requires evaluation to find out any changes in the refractive error and correction accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your optometrist or ophthalmologist for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
