What Does The Fecalysis Result Of The Child Indicate?

hi just need to ask the indication of the fecalysis result of my 3 year old son.

Color: yellow
Consistency = Mucoid
Mucus= positive
Blood (gross)= negative
Blood (Occult)=weakly(+)

NO OVA/PARASITE SEEN: X

RBC: 4-8 /HPF
WBC:2-5/HPF

Remarks: Bacteria=many
Fat Globules=Moderate
