I had ECG and the following are the results: normal sinus rhythm left axis deviation anteroseptal infarct age non specific st-t wave changes what does this mean, they told me I need to secure a fit to work clearance from a cardiologist what should I do
There are some abnormalities on your ECG indicating of previous myocardial infarction. But you should know, that ECG's sensitivity is not 100% and I would advise you to undergo echocardiography, which will show the reality, whether you had an infarction or not.
