I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lasik is not required. There is a small difference and proper refraction should be done. I think, it can be corrected by spectacles.

It is not mentioned whether it is plus or minus, and you have not mentioned your age as well. With body growth, there might be slight change of power.

The power is not unusual. Contact lens can be tried. In my opinion, refractive surgery is not ideal for you. There are complications which can manifest in post operative period. Spectacle is best for you.
