Hello

Your report suggests presence of calcified granuloma in right fronto-parietal region with adjacent hypodensity,it may be gliosis or surrounding edema.

Surrounding hypodensity is the concerning factor, you may need MRI of Brain. It can differentiate gliosis and edema. This differentiation is important for management.
If there is surrounding edema then you may need steroid therapy besides anti-epileptic therapy.
If it comes to be only calcification with gliosis then you may only need anti-epileptic therapy.
It is also important to search for cause of granuloma formation because if it is active then you may also need specific therapy.

Get well soon.
Take Care
