What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I am postmenopausal and currently being treated for breast cancer. I went to ER and had an ultrasound performed. Results were endometrial stripe measures 0.6cm which is mildly thickened for a postmenopausal patient. Neither ovary is seen and is likely strophic. No fluid in the cul-d-sac. There is a samll 0.3cm cervical nabothian cyst. I am presently on Letrozole.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. An endometrial thickness of more than 4 mm is considered increased for a post menopausal woman. Moreover, if you are on letrozol, your endometrial thickness should not be increased. There is increased risk of endometrial hyperplasia or carcinoma in increased endometrial thickness.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get an endometrial biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
