It looks like you almost certainly have a urinary tract infection. I suggest you give your urine for a culture and sensitivity, and start off on a drug like ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily till the culture reports are ready.
Oral citra-alka syrup thrice daily with water after meals could Aldo help
Drink plenty of oral fluids, at least 3-4l per day.
