What Does The Following Uterine Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi I have pcod, I am taking medicine s for pregancy siphene100mg and apcod sachets&glyciphage. 10th day of my period ultrasonography scan is done , the report shows bladder- well distended & is normal, uterus-anteverted normal,measures8.5*4.5*6.0cms normal myometrial echitexturr is seen. Endometrium is 9mm in thickness,no focal lesion noted, pod is clear. Ovaries- they are enlarged in size& shows peripherally arranged multiple sub centimetre follicles,with velocity up to8 to 10 cms/sec. No adnexal mass lesion, right&left ovary volume-12.0ml. Right&left ovaries(dominant follicle in diameter) f1-8mm&f2-7mm, endometrium thickmess-9mm, impression- bilateral polycystic ovaries, plz tell me I get pregancy in this month

greetings.
Your scan done on 10th day is showing follicle less than 10 mm.it is around 8mm.
Chances of conceiving in this cycle can be predicted after repeating the scan after 2 days.Follicle should grow daily and in 5 days time should reach 18 to 20 mm. Then only ovulation takes place.
By one scan it is difficult to comment .However I feel it is not growing adequately.
Still I suggest you to continue follicular study so that we can improve next cycle with further medications.
