Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I would like some advice or opinions on this matter, because I don t have the money or medical insurance to go to a doctor in person. I have been measuring my heart rate for past few months everyday and I get an average of 132bpm, I always measure it whilst relaxed. I would really like some advice on this and maybe find the causes. Much appreciated in advance.

Hello and welcome.. Heart rate of of 132...ventricular tachycardia.. Normal beat is less than 100.. Are you have other symptoms? Its also related to anxiety. Better do an ECG.. Start tab.propanolol 10mg three times a day and avoid alcohol tea and coffee..
