What Does The Presence Of White Discharge In Urine Indicate?
Hi my name is April Kincaid , and for the past few months I notice white small things in my urine , and today when I used the bathroom it looked like a white stringage of discharge came out. I've really never had this problem , but I am concerned on what it could be.
Hi, thank you for asking healthcare magic I understand your concerns With this presentation, I would think of the following possibilities.
1) Phospahaturia: This is a benign condition in which excess amorphous phosphate crystals form in urine. White or cloudy urine is most commonly a result of phosphaturia. Phosphaturia is usually intermittent, occurring following a meal or after ingesting a large quantity of milk.
2) Urinary tract infection: White urine is sometimes due to abundant white blood cells in association with an infection of the urinary tract.
In my opinion, I would suggest you do urinalysis to rule out urinary tract infection
I hope that helps I wish you well
