What Does The Prominent Bronchovascular Marking In Radiography Indicate?

My Radioghaphy of Chest PA view suggest the following:

1. Both lung fileds are clear

2. Prominent Bronchovascular marking

3. Cardiac size appear normal

4. Both CP angles are clear

5. Both the domes of diaphargm are normal

6. Thoracic cage and soft tissues are within normal limits.

What is the Prominent Bronchovascular marking? Is it any serious Disease? or have any connection to TB?

How to treat this disease? I do feel little pain in the left lung that may be due to muscle too.

After the Xray i got cold and caugh.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Your chest x ray is absolutely normal. There is nothing to worry about. And proprominent bronchovascular marking is normal thing. It is natural phenomenon. Blood follows the gravity by rule. So in lungs, lower part has more blood supply. And blood is more radio opaque and appears white on x ray. So in lower part vessels are more prominent and these prominent vessels along with bfonchi gives appearance of prominent bronchovascular markings. And no need to take any medicine for this as this is not a disease.
