hello karthik, overall this report suggests that your sperm count is ok as well as their motility and morphology - the only abnormality indicated is presence of 6-8/hpf pus cells which indicate a probable infection of internal structures that produce and store semen - that s why a sperm culture is advised for confirmation , if comes positive then will be treated with antibiotics. semen analysis is also to be repeated after 6 weeks with your physician's advice. hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer
