What Does The Stool Report Indicate?

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

hi , my baby is 4 month old and after his stool examination I got following report pls tell me if there is any thing serious.

Colour : GREENISH

Consistency : Semi - formed

Mucus : Present

Visible Blood ( Stool ) : Absent

Parasites : Absent

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION / GRAM STAIN

Pus / hpf : 4 - 5

RBC / hpf : 5 - 6

Others : FEW Budding yeast cells +

CHEMICAL EXAMINATION

Reaction ( pH ) : 6 . 5
